Rosie's Hairy Gang

The Talented Dogs

CHIP..Registered Name "Chippidy Doo Dah"

Chip is also a Poodle x Collie. He was born in June 2005. He is related to both Disney & Woody. He is also longhaired, however he has a much easier coat then Disney or Woody’s because its not so long and dense as theirs

He has very laid back attitude at home but is very motivated in his work.

He has a lovely nature and is excellent with other dogs, cats and children..
His Agility is going extremely well. He has started his competitive Agility career in March 2007 and within 3 shows had already won out of Grade 3 ! By the end of August '07 he had also won out of Grade 4 . He also qualified for the KC Olympia Novice Finals that were held at Stoneleigh at the end of August 2007.He continued to get stronger and his speed  increased more as did his confidence .The Highlight of 2007 was him going to OLYMPIA in DEC 2007 .

2008 was a fantastic year for Chip. At one of his first shows of the year he qualified for the Olympia semi's again & then throughout the year he qualified twice more !! He then won into Grade 6 during one of the heats in July. He went to the Semi's in August and once again qualified for the Finals at OLYMPIA 2008.

My hopes for 2009 are that he continues to do well in the higher classes & who knows maybe even get to Advanced Grade 7 !!!

"In his Obedience he has already notched up 7 top 6 places ..To view a small video clip click
here. Please be patient as if you haven’t got broadband. He was selected to represent Southern England in the Inter Regional team event at Crufts 2007. Unbeknown to me at the time he had a slightly sore neck on the day so didn't perform quite up to par, but he still was a fantastic lad and made me very proud. To see a small video of him on the green carpet at Crufts click here

His media training is coming on well and he has already done 2 big photo shoots and he behaved like a pro. In October he did his first TV job--an advert for the Dogs Trust. He once again was excellent and did everything that was wanted ( and more ).

He knows a go to a mark, sit, down, stay; hide his eye, wave, hold and head down. He is very quick to learn so teaching him new skills doesn’t hold any problems at all.
