
What can I say about Disney-Registerd Name "The Cartoon Classic"-He is one in a million. He is the sort of dog everyone wants to own, He has stolen my heart utterly and completely and there will never be another like him ! Every day I look at him and realise how very lucky I am to own him, he makes me smile every day.I am just so proud of him.He is a Brown Longhaired Poodle/Collie Cross .He was Born in 1998 and I knew immediately he was a special dog.Read all about how and why I got him and his early training here.His acting debut was for Good Morning TV at 6 mths old. He has done several commercials including 2 for the NCDL, PAL dog food and Bakers dog food. He has also done a half hour short play where he played the dog belonging to a young boy. The highlight of Disneys acting career to date was in the summer of 2004 where he was chosen to be the hero dog in a 13 week children’s TV series "Barking" produced by Granada,He played the part of a talking dog called Georgie.He knows an enormous amount of tricks and skills that are needed for Film/TV work.Click here to see a recent trailer he did(courtesy of Nickelodeon)
He has also proved himself as a fantastic Agility Dog Click to view He went from a Starter to Senior dog in 3 months. He is fast and very keen. He has been invited four times to appear at Discover Dogs at Earls Court.
Stop Press:- Disney officially became a Midi Dog in May 2005 and has since gone on to become an Advanced Agility dog. This yr (2005) has been Disney's most successful ever and he has gained numerous 1st place trophies.He can now in 2006 enter Championship classes and campain to become an Agility Champion just like his Dad.
More News In 2006 Disney succeeded in qualifying for the KC Finals at Olympia. Its long been a dream of mine to get there and we managed to do it. What a Fantastic day which ended up with Disney leading the class all the way to the end..where he was unfortunately pipped at the post by the last dog. March 2007 Disney won his First Championship class and gained his first CC.. Just 2 more to go !!!


Next his Obedience career--He started this later and was over 2 yrs before he started any formal work but he went from Pre-Beginner to Novice in 3 shows having won both classes at the same show twice. Within 6 months he went from raw beginner to being selected for the Southern Obedience Team at 2002 Crufts in which the team went on to win. Shortly after this he won his Novice and we are now working *A* and *B*.Also in 2004 he once again was chosen the represent Southern England in the Team at Crufts Click to view--this time in *A* He came 2nd in this and once again the team won overall. Disney also did Heelwork to Music and in his one and only show he got 4th. He found the dancing a little too exciting and so he stopped after this show--maybe in the future??
